All product comes with a one-year warranty that goes into effect upon charging with ac refrigerant (we take the customers word on this). If there is a warranty issue, we request the buyer to contact us and we will be glad to diagnose the problem with you. If a replacement part is needed, we will send a new part with a prepaid return shipping label for U.S. purchases. International purchases customer will be responsible for shipping cost.
