April 2026

As April of 2026 approaches I begin my 49th year in the vehicle climate (AC) industry. As I think back to all the years and adventures I have experienced I am very thankful to God for having the ability to bring COOL air to so many. AS IT IS SAID IF YOU DO WHAT YOU LOVE YOU NEVER WORK A DAY IN YOUR LIFE. WELL WHAT I DO IS A PASSION THAT CANNOT BE EXPLAINED.

 I think back to the years in the past and what technology AND MARKETING has done to the industry. When I first started in the 70's the systems and parts were simpler and summer time meant just getting product into the field as fast as possible. Back in the day WE had distributors that made sure you got products to them as fast as possible. At this time we knew every sale lost was not just a lost sale that you could make up later it was a sale lost forever. The ultimate customer cared less about your problems with getting product out; they only cared about getting their vehicle cooled as fast as possible. So if you could not do it they would find someone else price was not the major issue.

As the years have passed the days of the distributors and jobbers have gone by the wayside. With parts stores and the internet bringing product to the door daily it is now a battle to make sure we can bring to the consumer product with information on what is needed and how it needs to work. This the part stores or Amazon is not able to do in many cases. Our customers now are the end user that in most cases are not familiar with the workings of a/c. With this change we are striving to upgrade our site with videos and most of all offering our phone number to help those that need information and assistance. We look forward to what 2026 brings and I look forward to bringing not only product but the information and help needed.
